The York School Uniform

We feel a great sense of pride and privilege in being part of The York School community. We express that pride in the respectful way we talk about our school and its community members, and by our embracing the values and traditions of the school. One of those traditions is our uniform. The uniform acts as a symbol of our school, and by proudly wearing it, students express to one another their commitment to the school and its values. We encourage students to recognize the importance of making an outward show of their allegiance to our school, and in doing so, to wear their uniform well.

Free shipping on all orders placed between May 1, 2024 and June 15, 2024.

Please note: The capsule spirit wear collection sold at the Junior School Carnival will not be considered part of the school uniform for next year.

Preloved Uniform Sale

Over the past few years, we have continued to evolve the uniform. For the 2024 - 25 school year, we will not accept legacy pieces to be sold in the preloved uniform sale, with an effort to ensure all students are wearing current items. However, we will continue to accept legacy pieces to be recycled to help reduce waste.

A few times a year, The York Parent Association hosts a Preloved Uniform Sale, providing parents a chance to purchase ‘preloved’ items to round out their child’s uniform wardrobe.
